At Five Little Piggies Gifts, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We hope you will love your purchase but if you for any reason you are not happy, you can return it to us for a refund. For all returns, please contact us using the contact form or by emailing us at fivelittlepiggies@outlook.com. We will then reply with return instructions.

Non Faulty Goods

For non faulty returns, goods must be received within 14 days of the sale date and must be in resalable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are properly packaged. All goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. It is recommended that you use a tracked and signed for service with a proof of purchase. We can not refund for any returns that get lost or damaged in the post. We can not refund the original postage cost and the cost of returning the product. Once received, we will send you a confirmation email and aim to refund you within 5 working days after confirmation.

Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to us at fivelittlepiggies@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting parcels during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.

Once you have emailed us, we will guide you on how to return the faulty items and issue you with a completed Returns form. Please sign the form and include with your return. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed.

Once the item has been received by us you will receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods we shall either send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your gift will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
